Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose a Virtual Assistant over an employee?
A VA is a good option if:
You're self employed and don't have office space but need administration support. In which case I would work remotely and great communication is key.
Your business is in a short term growth phase. A VA comes in, sets up systems and documentation templates and formatting, with no obligation to employ long term.
You don't want to become an employer and deal with employment regulations and enter into a long term commitment.
What's the first step to outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant?
The first step is to book a discovery call to discuss areas and tasks that you need to outsource in order to focus on growing and scaling your business. During this time you will gauge whether you think we are a good match and could compliment your team.
How does billing work for a Virtual Assistant?
Packages are invoiced on the 1st of each month for the full month, with payment due on 20th of current month. Any hours over and above your package will be invoiced on the last day of the month.
How does a Virtual Assistant track the time they are working on my business work?
We track our time with a time-tracking tool, to ensure we have an accurate record of the time spent on your business.
We turn the time tracker off when we take breaks, which means you pay for 100% productive time.
Will I have 24/7 access to my Virtual Assistant?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer 24/7 hour access. Our office hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday-Friday.
We aim to be contactable and responsive during these office hours.
